1997 C-5 Steering Column Lock Recall
'Stranded by the lockup? I was, and followed GM's recall claim procedures for reimbursement of related costs ($234 towing & shop cost), yet GM denied my claim. My claim was legitimate, so, after 4 months of phoning and letters, I finally got full reimbursement from GM. Need help? Reply with contact phone/e-mail, and I'll tell you how I won. BILL

Please email it to me. I have almost a 1000 into my CL on my M6 1997.
I have called many time and have not got anywhere. If I got 1/2 of my money back I would be happy. I have copy of invoice of from the dealership and proof they even did it under warranty when I was.
