While stuck in traffic today in my rental 2005 Cavalier that Ive had to drive all week after selling my vette, I was day dreaming about what my next vette purchase would be a few years down the road. I think I settled on an Electron Blue Vert, 6spd of course, then Id do a complete Z06 suspension swap, and then swap in the motor from the new C6 Z06 whenever it comes out in crate motor form (hopefully itll be a 427) and then Id get some form of old school, small but tasteful, 427 emblem and put it on the fender where the Z06 emblem is on those cars. I think Id prefer a car with a black top, that way I could get a set of black powder coated Fikse FM5s with the polished lip. Damn....I need a job that pays a little more. Any of you high powered execs need a private helo pilot for say, 60,000 a year??? Anyway....those of you with EB verts, Id much appriciate any and all pics.
Not a problem, I love all Electron Blue cars....Ken, if you decide to sell that car in a few years, please let me know. Ive got your home page book marked. I love the color combo and the mods youve made!!
Dude! the Cavalier is your training Vette. I rented one to drive to TX from KY to get my Navy (way better than that other blue ) Y2K. What a POS (the Cav. not the Vette). However the cruise, HVAC controls etc. prepared me for the Vette. Strange how all things in life are a trend towards Vetteness.
