As I age I keep losing things, eye sight amongst the long list.
My eye doctor corrects my vision to 20/10 and allows me to read pill bottles but I cannot see at night like I used to.
What replacement headlights really work?
I would prefer repacing bulbs and not entire head light assembly.
I wear glasses myself and I have the same problem driving at night especially with the original headlight bulbs. I tried Silverstar and it makes alot different. I used it in all my cars.

I agree, & that's why I went from the Silverstars to the HID's! I wouldn't go back for anything! Now when I flash my brights I can't even tell their flashing.

I replaced mine with the piaa and love them. and when i took out the bulbs i had in their i noticed the side said Sylvania just wondering if thats what vettes have stock?
were did you get Silverstars orthe HID's do you know the part# how much are they?
You can get the Silverstars from Walmart or any parts store practically.
They're dirt cheap compared to HID's or other upgrades.
I switched mine to Silverstars and they are good enough for me to see alot better. I'm sure HID's are alot brighter and better but the Silverstars are doing just fine and are far better than stock bulbs.
It's funny, but either the rump end of the C5 is to close to my butt or some people just like to ride on my exhaust tips.ack:
Thinking about installing some 24 volt aircraft landing lights.
They are 1 million candlepower at 24 yolts and 550k using 12 volts.
I really want to wait till they pass and melt their rear views.
