Taillight mod
I was leisurely driving around when I came across a set of corvette taillamps....however they weren't on a corvette....nono they were on the rear bumper of a green Ford f-150 
Why do people think by adding corvette parts to their broken down, ghetto cars their car will magically gain 300HP

Jeeze jrose7004 ya beat me to it. 
I was just going to say I was going to add F-150 tailights to my 99' coupe. Figured it would be good for about 2.356 HP.

Haven't a clue why they do this. I've seen Vette taillights on trucks too - just not my idea of a 
mod to those vehicles.

Over the years I've see vette parts on all kinds of vehicles, some done well, some not so well. Just shows the iconic nature of vettes.

Too each his own I guess. Funny thing is I bet if most of you didn't have a Vette you wouldn't be making fun of somone who had Vette tail lights on their truck and if somone did, it would hurt your feelings.
Remember we are lucky to be able to afford to drive these cars and some folks want a little piece of the pie too but can't afford a slice.
