Personally, I would go with the chrome. Add a little bling to it.

I would go with black,If you wanted bling then you would have gone with a chrome rim (IMO).

It depends! Are you gonna have Black rims w/ Polished Lip? If that is the case then i think the chrome would look better to go with the polished lip. If not, then black on black. IMO
