Through a dealer - $800-$900 for all.

Removal of seats is the only difficult part.

Altogether the replacement process should take less that 4 hours.

I would strongly recommend that you do this project yourself and while you have your carpet out you can go ahead and install Frost King duct insulation and Reflectex to cut down on the sound and heat in the cabin. Refer to the Frost King thread currently on here.

In reference to removing your seats I just did it this week and it is not that difficult. There are only four bolts holding each seat rail to the floor. On the driver's seat there were 2 wiring connectors and one on the passenger seat. There are also small plastic covers on the front of each rail. You take a small flat tip screwdriver and pry out on the small flat head pin in the center of the larger pin. Now you can remove the larger pin and you are ready to unbolt the seat rails. Once you have removed the 4 nuts raise the front of the seat (I propped it up with a board about 6" long) and reach under seat with needle nose pliers and gently squeeze the anchors holding the wiring connectors to the seat rail. This allows you to pull the wiring harness connectors away from the rail far enough to be able to disconnect them. I did not remove the plastic trim on the door sills. By lifting up on the center of the carpet after pulling the carpet away from the console side I simply pulled the carpet out from under the door sill plastic trim. When reinstalling the carpet I simply bowed the center of the carpet and tucked the edges of the carpet back under the plastic trim. It all went back in fine and I avoided putting pry marks on the plastic trim.

I did the Frost king thing which made me take the interior apart. Whole job was 5 1/2 hours. Dong just the carpet would take about an hour less. but since you have it apart do both you won't be sorry

I agree with the others here. It's not that difficult at all. One recommendation I might make is that you first check with Gene at Karshop to see if he has the carpet you need in the color you're looking for. Last year I was down on the passenger side floorboard doing some work and unfortunately the drop light I was using allowed the bulb to come too close to the carpet and, well, you guessed it! A big melted spot right in the middle of the floorboard! . I got that replacement section from Gene at a very affordable price and it was in great condition. After a good vacuum job, I insalled it. Good as new. Saved a bunch of $$ too!
BTW, if you do decide to remove your door sill pieces, it's not bad and you don't need any tools. Just grab it in the center with both hands and pull up sharply. When re-installing, make absolutely sure you have all the retainer pins lined back up to all the holes and make a fist and pop then back in. HTH.
