they look nice. however i would have to get replacement center caps because i dont think i'd want to have that name on the car....no offense to him or his work, the name just sounds funny to me.
I have no idea if they new. I saw a picture of them on a 350Z and thought they looked awesome. I dont even know if they would fit a vette or how they would look.
Any photoshop experts that could put these on a vette?
They can't be, because Boyd went out of business over two years ago. They were headquartered here in Orange County. A shop in Riverside County bought up their entire remaining inventory.
I know this because we had 17" Boyds on my wife's vintage T-Bird. Last year she was a hit & run victim. Damage was pretty minor, but the right-front rim took a direct hit. We tracked down the place in Riverside County, and they were able to re-hoop the wheel good as new. Obviously, their inventory (and thus, their ability to replace or repair) is limited. Maybe you can use this as a bargaining chip if you are considering buying these wheels.

I didn't know this either.
Here's the official wheels website - and based on the number of "Under Construction" links and the sketchy details on the site, I would aver that you are absolutely correct.
Click the link for Boyd's Wheels and note the address/tel# listed. That is identical to the info in the owner's pamphlet that we got when we purchased our wheels. Stanton is about 20 minutes away from here. Calling the number listed results in a "We're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected..." message. A call to the shop where we bought them (HW Motorsports in Garden Grove) confirmed that they were gonzo. They steered me to the place in Riverside County.
