Wait for pic of a MY with yellow calipers, seen them too, and they look good also. 
Comes down to preference. Also, re-did mine with Plastic-Cote Caliper paint from Pep Boys, came out way better, real glossy and brite red, they have several other colors also

I'm doing my calipers in Yellow, eventually. But here's an idea for the lower rear fascia. The lower black-out cost $200 in satin black at a local body shop. [disregard the spoiler. It's not for everyone and I'm leaning toward repainting it yellow]

I suggest taking the picture of the yellow with red calipers and using photoshop or some similar program and change them to black, red, and then.. Silver! Peuter even. silver and yellow is a great color combo. IMHO..
