Congrats on the car. Have had my first less than a year and every drive seems as good as the first one. I'm sure you have a nice future mod list already... suggest you put a good shifter near the top if you went with a 6 speed.

I did get the 6spd to me there is no point in an auto vette no offence that is just my opinion. I had a BnM Ripper in my 95 and loved it so yes it is near the top of the very very very long list of future 
mods.

Ok get this and I'm not even remotely exaggerating. I'm on my way to drop off the C4 and trade it in when out of no ware at 75mph the car just shut off 
So I pull over to the side of the HOV and it wont start. 
This buy the way sucks because the dealer is staying late and waiting for me to hand him this car and drive off in my C5. The really cool part is I call Rick the sales person and tell him what happened, he says that sucks but (and this blew me away) have the C4 towed here and come pick up your new car tomorrow. I asked how much this would effect our deal he said (again blown away) Not at all we'er buying you car and you are buying ours. 
This destroys my previous opinion that I had about all car dealers being the DEVIL
