You're walking toward your car in a crowded parking lot while cars are circling around, looking for an open space. From 30 yards away, you hit the "unlock" button and your C5's parking lights and back-up lights are energized. The first person in a roving vehicle to spot what appears to be a C5 that is in the process of leaving. Getting impatient, the vehicle behind your C5 flashes the high beams to signal to the non-existent driver in the C5 that they are waiting for him/her to exit the choice parking spot.
Getting even more angry when your C5 doesn't move, the driver raises his/her fist and drives off, never seeing you casually walk up to your C5 to get in.

Once I locked my car as I was leaving it. A friend of a friend nearby heard my horn and thought it was his alarm and went back to check. Every time he left his car I honked it again. Practically drove the poor guy crazy. My friend and I just laughed. ;-)
