Has anyone here powder coated there stock rims?? If so any pics...
My stock rims are pretty rough and i was considering getting them rechromed, but i don't want to dismiss the ideal of getting them powdercoated either.
If I remember right, someone on here got their rims powdercoated Mag Red to match the car and had some pics of them mounted. I don't recall any follow-up after they were mounted though. I know some others have had theirs done in black. Hopefully they'll chime in and have some pics for ya.

(hey Dan, I forgot to ask you if you had them coated someplace locally???)
Bob, I had them done at PowderTech here in Orlando (The owner is David Rodgers - yes the racer). They also did my son's Z28 rims. Flawless job both times...

my stock z06 rims are powercoated "chrome". when i went to Motomotion in Medina, Ohio to get my stock rims polished, they asked me about chrome powercoating. this is a dead ringer for conventional chrome, but it has a very, very slight smoke tint to it (when compared next to chrome) - looks great on my black z06.
