Following having the recall done, I submitted a reimbursement for my CLB and was turned down. I see other members that were reimbursed. I am trying to come up with a letter admonishing GM for not being consistant with this process.

I also have heard that GM is a bit inconsistent with their reimbursement process. I had the recall done, but did not submit for any reimbursement since I figured that it would be denied - after all they did the recall. I could be wrong and mine might be one that they say yes on, but I decided that putting out the cost of the CLB was worth it to not have the column lock hit at a very inopportune time.
