Default LG Customer Service Rocks!!!!!

I was scheduled to drive up to Dallas from Houston on Wednesday for a head, cam and header job on my Z. Got up at 4:00 AM to make the drive but looked out the window and didn't like what I saw, then checked the weather site on the internet and didn't like the weather on the drive up. So I decided not to drive up. At 4:40 AM sent Lou a note saying we have to reschedule in January. I canceled my return flight to Houston.

By mid-morning the weather had cleared but by then I had no time to drive up and return to work. Besides I'd already canceled my return flight to Houston. Lou sent me a note saying he would have a guy fly down that evening and pick up the car and drive it back to Dallas for me.

Now that is customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In a world that has forgotten customer service, it is refreshing to see companies like this go the extra mile. It will come back to them 10 fold and they deserve every last one of those...

Peace

Well I hope to have even more good things to say after I pick up the car. My family and I are taking a holiday trip. Our return connections are back through Dallas. My family is going to cointnue on and Lou is going to pick me up at the airport so I can pick up the modified Z06 and drive home to Houston.
