I'm a fan of custom work but i'm not big on the yellow cals at all.......
I kinda like the updated black on the sides......if you were to put black Viper Style Racing stripes on it as well it might really set it off.......or it could look like crap..just a little more photoshop ideals

You asked for an opinion, so here's mine:
I'm really not a fan of painting ANY of the car black. The rocker panel being black makes it look like a ricer who doesn't have the money to get it painted to match the car, but still puts it on.
Painting the targa bar black makes it almost look like the last few years of the Camaros. Now, don't get me wrong, Camaros are AWESOME cars, but they CERTAINLY aren't Corvettes!
I also think painting the calipers RED would look better on your silver. I'm going to do mine yellow, but I think it goes better on Millenium Yellow cars.
