I have bought lots a stuff from Gene, he is very thorough to get the right part etc by using a Vin Number. His prices are the best that I have found on the Forum, and his turn around time is fantastic... He even went out of his way to find me the elusive pre 2000 MN6 Alternator.. I think he found me the last one in the country.. it was still factory sealed when I got it... I dont get that Charging system fault with it... Thank you God......ermmmmmmmmm Gene !!

Thanks Adam and other forum members for the kind words. We clearly made a mistake and I feel we did the right thing to make it right. In the future, if there are any problems, I would ask any forum member to email me directly and if at all possible please call me and let me know of a problem.

Being a vender here as well on the forum we all make mistakes from time to time. We are all just human. The way to tell a quality vendor is not by the mistakes they make but how they are resolved. 
I have used Gene to buy many things and he is a great guy to deal with. Happy to hear is was solved and both parties are happy.
