Welcome! I'm kind of a newbie around here too. Had my 98 Silver C5 coupe for about a month. Before buying I found all the help offered on the C5s for sale/wanted page MOST usefull. Now I get to hang out on the General with all these cool people!!!

When springtime arrives and you get back on the road, don't forget to wave!

Welcome aboard
Beautiful ride, nothing beats a black Vette. I almost bought one but chickened out at the last minute. Takes a lot to keep them sharp but when they're clean nothing looks better.

Trouble is, if you want to see it clean, you have to take pictures of it within 30 seconds of drying it. After that, it becomes a dust magnet.

your right, so you have to get in motion right away. Thanks for the warm reception everyone, I think I'll go and stare in the garage now, hell, maybe I will even talk to her, re-assure her she is not alone, and spring will come soon.

Welcome to the best forum on the 'Net! Nothing better than a black C5 convertible, but I'm a little partial!

Hint: When no one is looking, go out and give that car a big hug and talk softly to it.....it's good for at least 20hp!

Happy New Year!

Great choice of color. Sorry to hear that you are "climate challenged". Reminds me... gotta check the temp on Weatherbug. Ahh... 72. Think I'll cut this short and go for a cruise. Sorry.... couldn't resist.

Enjoy the car and the fourm. I know I do.
