It's a DUPLEX single post lift I've had it for over two years. Single post against the wall doesn't take up any functional space. It's supposed to be very nice this weekend (60 degrees plus) so I'll get some pics without the cars so you can really see it. I've also built a "chair lift" which goes up and down to the ceiling with two recliners so I can watch the 5 TVs out there in the man cave.
