Cat Back Exhaust
Has anyone on here had a good muffler shop fabricate a cat back system without buying a high dollar borla or corsa etc.. system?

I'd love to see the pipe bending guy's face as you throw the stock muffler at him and say 'copy this'.

Do them all the time in Tucson shop with no problem at all, just takes a little ore time and effort. A whole lot cheaper too.

You can get a "previously owned" cat-back system (I sold my Corsa Indy's for $300 when I changed to Borla Stingers) quite easily if you are on a budget. I suggest this vs. a custom system.

My .02 is always buy the best you can afford without going into unreasonable debt and sometimes it's worth saving-up the bucks to do it right the first time instead of just throwing away your money on something that may never satisfy you.

One reason to change mine outside of performance was to get a better look. I hate those tiny tips on the stock C5 and the new GHL Quad 3.5 Bullets fill that area in nicely
(of course the main reason to get the exhaust was to hide the tire noise - well that is waht I am telling my wife)....
