anyone bought these i cant tell if its just a decal that goes over the chrome or the whole thing
also if they are separate where can i get the chrome dress up covers

You can probably get them from most vendors, corvette central has them. Ecklers, Mid America, etc.

The decals look nice. Wouldn't mind getting a set myself. As for the chrome caps, check with WCC, Ecklers or Mid-America.
