Default Problem- engine heat or something else?

Does anyone else find that when they are driving with the windows up with no heat or AC on that it gets pretty hot inside the car? I hope that is the engine heat or the sun blazing through the glass top. Anyone?

I have had that problem in the summer with the top down. It is the engine heat. You will see people doing the Frost King Mod, to quite down the interior and to insulate the cabin from the heat.

it gets pretty balmy sitting in traffic without a/c but that comes with having a V8.

Tunnel heat, very common problem. Plus with no air on, your own 98 degree body heat heats up the car also, but I would mostly say the tunnel gives off the most heat.

It's the"glass" top. Use the solid top in the summer and the clear one in cooler weather.

Corvettes have historically put a lot of heat inside the cabin. Try driving one of the C3's.
