I sent Chip Foose an email asking if would design a paint scheme like that for my vette. I love his two tone muscle car style. I was just messing with some ideas on the car the other day. It is going to the paint shop in a week. I am no good at photshop...would someone mind doing that scheme in red please...black bottom.
Thanks
Here's a red and black version for you. Sorry the transition isn't as smooth....my hand just isn't steady enough . This should give you an idea though.
Thanks ALOT Talon. Now you are killing me..lol. I do not know which one looks better the red of the silver. I really appreciate you doing that for me though. I am going to print that picture and show it to my painter.

Randy,
Are you doing a body it at the same time? Two tone is not bad as long as it is done right. Not my taste, the only plus with doing this is your dong have to paint the bottom Jams or Rockers.

Grumpy, you didn't specify colors...did you mean the same Silver and Black treatment? I can't get a gloss black to come up in the version of photoshop that I'm using (maybe it's not the version, but the artist...but anyway). Here is kind of a MSG treatment done with a Quicksilver coupe. Where do you want the transition line. I put the transition kind of like the '78 pace car.
I like the original scheme best, but think it would look better with more of a grey or charcoal top with the black sides and have a silver pinstripe over the paint line.

Jon....I am having the entire car painted. The car is pretty much done excpet the paint is not on the same level as the rest. I have a guy in Georgia I am meeting with tomorrow to talk to him about it. How is your car coming along? I really like the orange you have been talking about and have considered using that myself but it just won't go with all the red I already have on the car.
