I really like the orange you have been talking about and have considered using that myself but it just won't go with all the red I already have on the car.

my 97 c5 will be getting a complete paintjob in about two weeks and i have been searching and searching all over the internet to find a two tone vette. i was just about to start a thread when i found this thread.

i think the original black/silver z06 posted looks excellent!

but for the last month or so i have been stuck on the idea of having a candy orange bottom half and the top half black. with the exact same transition line as the first picture. and orange calipers and my fuel rail covers orange as well.

but im having trouble imagining the front bumper.does the entire front bumper stay the color of the bottom?

and way someone can mock up an orange/black combo?

anyone have a black cherry painted vette?

Haven't decided if it's hot or not, but it is different.

Love this color car.Back in the early 50"s i'm originally from chicago my uncle use to always have GM paint his cars a special color they could do that in those days and he had some wild colors he had the first pink convertable car the worse color he had painted was the cadillac with the green roof and salmon color bottom we don;t know why he did that color combo but he did it was ugly. The color on the car in this picture is neat i love it i love things that are different and not the same as the next person.I think it looks great.
