These used to be a lot cheaper. Got mine for $20 on e-bay ~2 years ago but they appear to be around $40 now. They are a bit testy to set up but are very useful. They actually install Apache web server and run off of that so you can serve it out to the internet on your PC if you like.
Ordered one night last week about 11pm, and the guy had my shipping label printed, and tracking number emailed in about 30 minutes. CD's arrived 3 days later in a Priority Mail box. Haven't installed yet, but his level of service is good, and they deliver as promised.
Got an almost immediate email from them verifying everything and PROMPT shipping and service!! Not yet installed on box I'm building for the garage.
If you have this CD manual installed on your computer, can you select schematics and diagrams then cut and paste them to Forum post if you need to show someone how to troubleshoot a problem??

I got mine today and installed it. I had no problems installing it on my puter which is running Windows XP Home. I did get the warning messages saying it was meant to be used with XP Pro, but it seems to work fine.
Maybe it's just me, but it doesn't appear to have everything in it the regular service manual would have. It is very nice though.
Even if you have successfully used the SI program, you may have trouble relaunching it, especially after rebooting your computer. If so, the server applications may not have automatically restarted. To restart them, open Contol Panel, then Administrative Tools, then Services and scroll down to SI Apache Server and SI TransBase and right click each to start them. Then close Control Panel and you are good to go! This program will work on any form of Windows XP.
I also have to disable my McAfee Privacy Service before running the SI program. For whatever reason I can't get the PS to accept the SI apps.
