I like painted with just a splash of chrome. Plan to add a little more chrome this summer. C5 XTC

A little chrome, polished stainless, polished aluminum, and some flames.

I like a combination of both. To much of anything is not good. It's having a combination of both in the right proportions so that one compliments the other without being over powering. My .02

Chrome wont get you home, but it will get you laid
Try both chrome and painted pieces
with matching interior

Another vote for a combination of chrome (actually polished stainless) and painted.

Totally
Is it cuz they want to show they've plenty of "mula"?
But on serious note, a combination of chrome and paint looks best. Yet, some engines really do look way overdone! They looked choked
so much of one or the other!

I read somewhere that chrome builds up engine heat, don't know if it's true or not. Definately like GBVetts pictures but not sure I'd want to spend the time necessary to keep it looking like that.
