I am 6'4" and you guys are starting to make me feel short! I actually don't have my seat all the way back! This is the only sports car I can fit in. Go try and sit in a Chrysler Crossfire... YOu have to fold yourself up like oragami (sp?) to get in.
I'm only 6'2" (and now feeling like a shrimp) but usually have the seat all the way back... or did in my '97 Camaro and my wifes '03 Explorer. But in my '00 Vert, I move the seat up because I can barely push the clutch all the way in when the seat is all the way back. Also, my C5 video says you SHOULD move the seat a bit forward to have better control of the car. Anyway, I used to have a late model Rivera and my head brushed the moon roof and I couldn't straighten my legs out all the way. I don't think you'll have a problem with the vert with the top up. I have tons of headroom. Anyway.. just go look at one and see how you fit. There must be one for sale around somewhere close to you. And BTW, I tried the Crossfire also... agree..... no leg room at all.
6'5" / 200# here. I remember feeling cramped when I took my coupe for its first test drive. Over the next few days I did some fiddling with the seat adjustment to get it where I like it -- rear tilt down, front tilt up, back reclined as far as it'll go -- and to perfect the entry. Fits me fine, very comfortable on long drives.
I'm kinda mis-proportioned, my legs aren't that long but my torso is so my head has an issue. But maybe its just because I'm coming out of an F-250 and I have unbelievable room everywhere. I used to have an IS300 and I seemed to fit in that just fine at that time, but I went and sat in one and now it feels really cramped, I think it's just because I got used to all the room. I am debating between a 97-99 C5 or a 03 Mustang Cobra.
