I just clip mine on the vents with the supplied clips! Reception is really good, once in a while it'll skip but not very often. Bridges and overpasses don't effect it! I like it because its wireless and I didn't have to install anything!

I bought one for my brother (used in his silverado with same radio as corvette). The reception is great using the myfi car antenna then fm modulation. We use it at work through his home cradle and fm modulation on an old sansui receiver, music never sounded so good. I researched the crap out of the myfi before I bought and found a wide difference of reception quality depending on location.
We are in St. Louis. Didn't look at your sig before I responded but it seems like the bigger cities do not suffer from reception issues due to repeaters.
The xm in my wires MDX is flawless even under bridges (OEM, not myfi)
