Default Traction Control

When I pull out of an intersection to the left or right (90 degrees) I feel a slip in the rear. It feels almost like the tires are breaking loose but they are not. Is this the traction control at work? Thanks.

There is some breaking loose before the TC or AH kicks in that is what activates the system so this might be happening.

It's the limited slip differential. One wheel is turning faster than the other when turning. If you go slow the diff will slip and you won't feel anything but if you gun it they won't slip and that's what your experiencing.

The limited slip rear differential maybe? If it was the traction control you would see "traction control active" on the DIC.

The weird thing is with the tires today - you don't get much squeal out of them - which might be a good thing....attracts less LEO attention!
