Really is no link, go to auto palace or pepboys.

Get the self sticking weather stripping, comes in a 15 foot roll.

Apply to the "v" where the hood meets the body and your done.

The specific hood seal that you are seeing mentioned is this one (or like it)

http://www.madvet.com/shop?frame=1.5

http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?p...JMHVFRATGHFVFE

Once you see it, you will agree that the advice from others on this thread is sound. The one in the links all though, cut to fit....is just a little too much money for what you get. You can get something very similar (in a quantity that will do 3 corvette's hood area's) for a little less money.

Get one for sure. It keeps the water out and keeps the engine bay much cleaner.

I agree. Any good auto parts store should have this stuff. Cut to length and stick it on.

Do they? I must admit that as a "chick magnet", Inferno has failed me miserably... must be my ugly mug looking out of the window that scares them away
