The C5 is a young guy magnet!!![/B]

I can't remember the number of times that young guys (late teens-early 20s) have drooled over my car, asked me a million questions, come over and talked to me, stared, waved, shouted out kudos and spun around - while their female friends in the same car/sidewalk/whatever completely ignored both the car and me!!!!!

I think it's time I turned Gay. Then the C5 would work for me at last.

EG

I was just driving in Connecticut and seen the vette don't know who the owner is but is scared me.

You can only do so much with what God gave you. Some have, most of us have not.

It's been so long since I've attracted a chick, I wouldn't know what to do with one if I had one. I've been married for 42 years, same woman. Not attracting chicks is what helped me be married so long.

I'd be interested to see how sex in a C5 turns out. Tried it once in my C5 coupe. Needless to say, there's plenty of much better places, and better cars for that. Best we could figure out was to put her legs/feet in the hatch area (passenger side). Wouldn't do it again.....well unless she was really really hot

Default Speaking of Canadian girls

2 weeks ago my cousin and I had 3 Canadian girls come running and screaming across the street when I pulled up in the downtown Soo, MI area on a Saturday night. They all wanted a ride in my Z06 and I figured whoever got in first would work, as they were all nice-looking. Without going into any sordid details, let's just say the car was an adequate hook that night.

Other than that, I can't really think of any direct correlation between my car and "hooking up." Maybe it happened, just w/o my knowing about it.

I've found that most cars us guys think of as chick magnets only attract looks from car guys (at least I hope they're looking at the car ) Although I have caught a couple of whistles here and there when my wife isn't with me

Too many guys nowadays spend tons of $$$ on fancy cars when they can barely afford to pay their rent or eat more than Top Raman. So to many women (that are over the age of 21), a young guy in a high-end car screams "financially irresponsible and probably still living at home with mommy and daddy".

Don't tell me this..... I had a 74 and an 84 both worked VERY WELL in the 80's for stuff like that.
Going to pick up a C-5 next spring and if Vette's don't get women anymore I'm taking another $1,500 off the asking price right off the top!

Ladys love real cowboys, and it's because of the chivalry, courtesy, gallantry, and honour.....
Ever thought of ditching the tie for a cowboy hat and spurs?

The accent would be a plus...one of my best buddies, and fellow farrier, is from Scotland....
The gals love to hear him talk, and, like you, he is very eloquent...
What's the deal with that anyway?
How is it that we Americans have butchered the King's English so?
As far as the country and western thing, cowboys like all kinds of music...
Remember, we're talking cowboys, not rednecks...
Ok, so maybe not a cowboy hat and spurs, how about a pair of Wranglers and boots(not necessarily pointed)?
My Scottish friend always wears a shirt with a collar, and drives a BMW when not working, so see, there is place for EG in the Western World.
I'm tellin' ya, the chicks love that rugged Wrangler look, don't shave for a day, and you'll have to beat them off with a stick!
