I must admit that as a "chick magnet", Inferno has failed me miserably... must be my ugly mug looking out of the drivers window that scares them away 
I have the "Dark" part - but I missed on the Tall and Handsome bits

Tint your windows, real dark!! Then talk to them through a small crack in the window.
On the other hand I enjoy having my windows tinted pretty dark so every Tom,Dick, and Harry are not checking out my wife when she is driving, they are checking out the car. At least that is what I tell myself.
