Good luck working out a deal, you won't be disappointed. Spiral is an incredible color, especially in the sun. And I won't swear to it, but the only catback I know of with 2 large ovals is the Corsa Indy with the Daytona tips. You will also like the Corsas, if that's what the catback is. I have it and love it. Of course, someone more knowledgeable is bound to come in here and name about 4 other systems with large ovals, now that I've said this.
Like someone else on here, I have been asked twice if it was a custom paint job. I love it. My decison when purchasing the car was between MSG, MRed, and Silver. With all 3 sitting in front of me you can see what I drove off in I love black but will never consider it due to the high maintanence of the paint.
I had my mind made up on a BLACK Corvette untill I saw a SPIRAL GREY METALLIC in the show room. Man, what a great color! Now what am I supposed to do? Buying one of each is not an option.

Nope, have not gotten my Vette yet. I was waiting for the closing on the house I am selling before I pulled the trigger. Well, as fate would have it, it fell through and my house is again on the market. Closing on the new house on the 10th so until this one sells I have about 600,000 in morgage SO, until I get a signed contract on this one I am in limbo.
I keep going back and forth on the two cars. The Black one is vigin; never even been it for any work and has only 2600 miles on it. The MSG one has had some work, and has 9000 miles on it. The problem is the MSG one has alot of things on it I was going to do anyway such as; cat back, 12 CD changer, polished wheels, Z06 screens, white face guages. The price between the two is only 2K. The black one is 37,995 and the MSG is 36,400. It may simply boil down to which one is still available when I get a contract. Oh yeah, the wife LOVES the MSG Vette!
Good luck. You'll be happy with whatever you get. That I'm sure of.

You won't even think twice once you're in that baby. That said, they're both great colors; I'm sure I'd have just as hard of a time choosing between the two
I love the color. It is difficult to capture in a picture how much it sparkles and comes alive in direct sunlight. It looks somewhat bland on overcast days, though.
