Air intake/filter question....

Do all the available after market intake mods, Blackwing, Vararam, etc. use oiled air filters, such as K& N and Air Hog?

As far as I know. That's one reason I don't have one. The oil is supposed to screw up the MAF.

I have heard of oiled filters being a problem on other cars, but never a Corvette.

Am I missing something?

Zippy, GM issued a TSB that oil from such filters can damage the motor and using one voids the warranty.
