So what would total cost be if I wanted best package with 5000k lights, electron blue painted, white halo rings? The package where both inner and outer lights come on at same time and how hard is labor to install

+$250 - Hyper Vision
$1675 total.
Labor difficulty is about a 2 on a 5 scale. It's all bolt-on/plug and play except for the halo transformers require splicing into whichever circuit you want them to operate with. Installation typically takes about 2-3 hours.
