Burning Brakes
These would straight up bolt on onto a 2000 Corvette LS1 right? Any other mods required? How much gains would be expected to the wheels over stock (290whp i guess is stockish LS1)?
How much would shipping be to southern ontario?

Yes these heads are a direct bolt on for a 2000 corvette. No other mods are required other than new torque to yield head bolts if you're going with factory setup or ARP bolts and of course new MLS heads gaskets. As for the gains that's often debatable and most people doing the heads are probably doing a cam as well. Here is a link from the AI website:

Ballpark on shipping is probably around $175 to southern ontario but didn't know the zip code

That's a tough question without knowing your particular car and how it's setup. (i.e. auto or manual, stall converter or not, NA or Pwr adder)
There are many threads discussing cams and what people like.
All I can tell you is I was going to put a "MILD" cam in 98 auto (no stall) with these heads and other bolt ons. (LT headers, CAI)
Personally, I like the Cam Motion grinds and was going to go with one of these.

or if you want something slightly more aggressive
