P0160 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 2
IOW, your passenger side, rear O2 sensor is unhappy. Do you have high-flow cats?

P0154 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 1
This is saying that you have a problem detected with the passenger side, front O2 sensor. The laws of probability say that you have a common cause for both, rather than two separate and simultaneous faults. The only common denominators are the PCM itself (unlikely) and the wiring harness. Here is a link to the schematic diagram. Look for pinched or burned wires and loose or dirty connections.
