Default traction control

I have a 2000 corvette 6 speed and i am getting the code 1217H.
Any ideas on what it could be? Whatever it is it's messing with the anti-lock brakes and activehandling also. If i leave my foot on the brakes after i start it up NO DIC message ,but as soon as i take my foot off the brake I get all 3 warnings??? Also while leaving my foot on the brake pedal i can cycle through competive driving mode and all like normal untill the brake pedal is released.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike, check with Bill Curlee. There is a sticky at the top of the tech section I think. Anyway, Bill's our resident expert. He'll probably advise you to check and clean your grounds to your EBTCM unit.

1217H = BPMV Pump Motor Relay Contact CKT Open. A "C" indicates "current"; an "H" indicates "history".
Hope this helps.
