On some GM cars a blown fuse will do that some thing like a accy. fuse If all fuses are ok then you need some one with a OBD 11 break out box to go any futher good luck
YES---on a fuse change----- GM hides the OBDII fuse on the CIGARETTE LIGHTER circuit--- so check the cig lighter fuse under the hood and change ir--should be a 15 amp---
PS Using the cig ligher plugged in all the time to a charger is a bad thing--often will blow the fuse--also whenvever you do a flash or read on the OBDII port--always disconnet all the accesories on the multiple lighter outlets and turn OFF the radio and A/C---
without a photo it would be hard to show you--but there is a drawing on the inside of the fuse box cover----i can't read it either--but use a magnifying glass
thanks for the help. it ended up being 2 blown fuses. #2 and #29. works great now! now i just need to figure out what is wrong with my active handling, ill start a new thread on that one
