Default Trouble Codes: NEED HELP!!!

Ok, Corvette World, this one's a doozie... I have this really great '02 C5 Z06 with LS3, full exhaust (including high-flow cats) and a cam. I also have this really big problem driving it because it has a list of codes longer than my... Well, lets just say it's really long. I need help, input, insight, advice, etc. I also need help sourcing the right parts at the best prices!

Here's the list of codes:

1) U1301
2) C1221
3) C1222
4) C1248
5) C1276
6) C1287
7) C1288
8) P0161

Now I'm to assume among these codes is the reason the car doesn't run quite right and gets absolute **** for fuel mileage. I'm talkin like 200-220 miles per tank. Really bad.

Please help so I can enjoy my Z06 again.
Thanks.

P0161 is a code most often related to long tube hdrs They are false code and an easily be permanently deleted
U codes are communication codes with the ECM often again false from a dis connected battery or dead battery
C codes are most often Traction control related and can be false as well--- They are related to the ABS brake system which uses the wheel speed sensors for input--Wheel speed sensors are used by both the ABS brake system and the traction control system
They also can be deleted if false--
A stall converter is the most often cause if an automatic trans
More details can help isolate where they are coming from--you complete list of mods as well as trans mods--gears or tire size changes
