These came STOCK on a truck with a WOT TCC lock as delivered from GM with a warranty. This is from a 512kb LS1B PCM. I eliminated the stock 2nd WOT TCC lock by changing only D1001.

im led to believe that different os behave in a different way in this sence. my cos3 seems not to be responding to any tcc tuning at all.

COS3? Because this particular 411 runs on COS5 and acts the same as when it wasn't COS at all. Try those value for fun and see what happens. This behaviour I describe spans across 3 different PCMs so I'm inclined to believe they all act this way.

YES all LS1A and LS1B ECM's have the same trans tuning tables--
As I said before----It is not the apply tables that prevents the TCC from staying locked at WOT it is the TCC unlock tables at WOT that unlocks the converter---- which is dictated by throttle position----The stock setting for TCC release is 100% or exactly more like 99.XXX
In order to prevent the TCC from unlocking you would have to input a TPS more than 100% however that is NOT possivle
