Tampa Tuning Corvette Camaro Email tuning program
Email order tunes for $175.00 for C5 and C6 Corvettes (C7 +$100)
If you own or have "Club" access to HP Tuners software, you can Email your stock .BIN file to Tampa Tuning where it will be reviewed and enhanced for a “Email order” tune. Your tune will be enhanced by using HP Tuners 2.24 or 3.6x tables from our library of almost 10000 modified configurations which have a very similar set up and modification as your make and model vehicle.
What Tampa Tuning does:
- Examine and change timing tables for additional horsepower & torque gain
- Adjust fueling
- Optimize your vehicles LTFTs
- Reduction of intake air temperature table (heat soak)
- Desired rev limiter adjustments if needed
- Park, neutral, and in- gear idle adjustments with and without A/C active if needed
- Adjust power enrichment
- Engine torque management system reduced
- Transmission torque management system reduced
- Transmission shift points enhanced if needed
- Transmission shift times reduced
- Transmission shift pressure firmness enhanced
- Skip shift deleted (CAGs 1st to 4th shift)
- Cooling fan activation temperature recalculated to keep the vehicle cooler
- Perform speedometer recalibration for rear gear ratio and tire size change if needed
- Turn off check engine light and remove trouble codes
- manage rear oxygen sensor trouble codes
Tampa Tuning usually modifies your Email tune at night so you can upload and test the vehicle the next morning. During the process, usually about 4-5 scans are reviewed.
If you have a ZL1 or a ZR1, I don’t mind providing an Email tunes, but for aftermarket Forced Induction, it’s not a good idea because too much can happen to fast.
