I would like to use my Bluetooth OBD-II for datalogging. I have used Torque Pro in the past and it appears a lot of the PID's are missing. I would like to see Fuel Pressure, O2 sensors, and load. What is everyone using for datalogging?

with a generic OBD bluetooth dongle you won't get much more if anything beyond what's available in Torque. I'm not aware of any good cheap solution short of hp tuners.
There is no fuel pressure sensor on Gen3 LS engines
O2 sensor-- you looking for voltage or fuel trims?

Voltage and fuel trims. I want to see if my car is running rich or lean.

short and long term fuel trims shouild work fine on a generic OBD guy and should be in Torque. I've never been a fan of the torque app personally.
The only other app that I have used firsthand that is what you're looking for is TrackAddict. Yeah it's a track based app, but it has a pure datalog only mode. The interface is easy and works great in my experience. It gives you a list of available params...select what you want and start a log, easy.

Since they released the new hptuners dongle I'm sure they are pushing that, and that will give you the capability to see all the enhanced PIDs...but it works with tons of other generic ones as well. I've used it quite a bit with the OBDlink MX. Generic ones will only be able to read "mode 01" or basic SAE defined parameters.

Your fuel trims are only being adjusted when your engine is in Closed Loop or P/T--The ECM uses your front 02 data to correct your P/T fueling to the stoich fueling of 14.68-1--So at P/T your fueling is always being adjusted to reach 14.68-1
There are some difficulties however when adding LT headers as the front 02's are moved aft as much as 3' Which causes your 02's to read incorrectly and RICH --There are tuning things you can do to try and get the P/T fueling back to 14.68-1 but there is no 100% fix ( this is why LT's are illegal in most states)
Now when it come to WOT fueling or power enrichment this is a whole other process---The 02's are turned OFF and are NOT used for fueling----WOT fueling is completely commanded as to what is programed in your tune
GM programs ALL their vehicles to run very rich at WOT--normally around 11.5-1 AFR
Best AFR for a DD type car should be approx 12.4-1 On a hot rod car maybe 12.5-12.6 -1 and on a dedicated race car they run them even leaner like 12.7-13.0 AFR Always using premium fuel
THE ONLY way to test your WOT AFR ratio is by installing a wide band 02 set up--This data shows the true actual AFR without any concern to fuel pressure---
LS cars are made to run between 50-58 PSI fuel pressure You cannot adjust the fuel pressure to richen or lean out your fuel either at P/T or WOT----You must use other tables to acomplish changing AFR ratios---
