If you change the torque management setting, but do not actually "zero" them out does it help a little performance wise? For instance, there was abuse mode and a torque reduction setting( I think these were the names) We set one to 10% and the other at 95%, but I don't remember. Would it be beneficial to zero everything out........
Would it be beneficial to zero everything out........
Yes, from a performance perspective it is quote beneficial from zero'ing them all out. Some auto cars especially with stalls or modifications really fall on there face between shifts. Removing the TQ Mgmt really seems to help.
I zero'd out my tables for TQ reduction. Put Max TQ=1000 and put Abuse Mode test @ 7000rpm and 0.
These changes made a dramatic difference in shifting and now if Iam not careful it will spin the tires when it hits 2nd gear and will bark them at the track. I feel this is one of the major things that got me from 13.0 to 12.90 with just a Blacking filter.
I am not sure if it works but if you like I could email you my file and you can see what I did exactly. Nothing has broken in the 10k miles since I did it and it sure as hell shifts alot better ;)
