Heater Fan Noise!!

Default Heater Fan Noise!!
When I turn on the heater and the fan spins slow, it makes a loud screeching noise. Once it gets up to full speed, the noise goes away. Was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get access to the fan and try to oil it.
