My "04" C5 was just dynoed at 475 rwhp. It has a/t w/shift kit and a 3.15 gear w/3200 converter.
I'll be running BFG drag radials.
Assuming all circumstances are right, weather, traction, etc.
What would be your best guess for a 1/4 ET and MPH.
Thanks

Reason: Addition
Put it this way. . . You better put in the required safety equipment like a roll bar or you will only get one run . The real answer to your question all depends on track prep, elevation, and drivers experience. Range could be low 12's to low 11's at 125 +/- 3 MPH.
My question is can you put that 475 to the ground?? If you can, then you should be in the 10"s.
Exactly!, if you have some et streets and know how to drive then it would be easy to get to 10.7-10.9 range. I dont think drag radials will give you enough traction to get that kind of run but they might, your on the borderline as far as power/traction with dr's.
I've been going to the track a long time, but never with a new car like a vette. I had a low 11's 68 Camaro a couple of years ago but things are so much different with that. I ran a 4.56 gear, open headers and rattled my fricken teeth out of my head. This is why I didn't have a good handle on the capability of my vette with this hp.
As for drag radials I see these guys breaking into the seven 7's & 8's running these. I want to stay away from the ET street etc, until I change my output shafts. I hoping the BFG's hold up seeing the UPS guys tracks are still in my driveway.
