I want to put new rotors on my 2000 C5. I'm not looking for better braking performance. This change is all about looks. I have new red calipers and want to put drilled rotors on when I install the calipers. I saw some cheap ones at the forum store ($90 ea I believe) and wondered how good they are. As I said I'm not looking for more brake performance, just want something that looks good and is equal to stock rotors. Opinions please.
You are the one that said cheap, not me. I always believe in the get what you pay for theory. If you don't drive hard you may be able to get by with an inexpensive set that will hold up for you.
If it is looks your after, be sure to get a set that is zinc coated. The zinc coating will keep them from rusting so fast and they will look better much longer than non coated rotors.

Thanks for the admonishment. A very bad choice of words on my part.

As Evil mentioned above dont be Crazy
and He and I respectully disagree with each other many times about brake rotors, but DONT Get Cheap D/S rotors. If you must have D/S rotors get high quality ones.
