I have my eye on either the Corbeau TRS or CR1 models, or the Sparco Sienna or Torino 2. Anyone using these seats? are they comfortable for, say, a 4 hour road trip? How much do they weigh compared to stock seats?

Race seats are not designed for long drives and are very comforable for racing and short drives. There are many aftermarket seats that are very nice and maybe more what you are looking for.
Sparco racing seats are the Evo, Evo2 and Pro 2000 are excellent seats, The evo2 is 3 inches larger and does not fit too well. OMP and Racro fit will but is more for the Porsche and Ferrari crowd.
Butler ( the best racing seat anywhere), Kirkey and Ultra-Shield are alluminum shell seats with maybe 1/2 of padding.
I use an Ultra-Shield and it fits like a glove. It weighs abourt 12 lbs so a 30+ lbs weight savings. Racing seats are NOT ADJUSTABLE once installed.
I use a Sparco Evo with a Hardbar bracket. The weight for the Sparco Evo is on the Sparco website. I haven't weighed the Hardbar bracket, harness or stock leather seat yet, so I can't really say how much weight it saves.
