I just got CCW Classic Street Fronts 18X10 with 275/35/18 and rear 18x11.5 with 335/30/18. My car (2000 FRC) is lowered (but not too much) and my problem is that my rear leaf springs are rubbing against the inner edges of the wheels I really dont want to raise my car up since it will look really stupid with 18" wheel and 30 profile tires.
What are my options? Coil Overs to completely get rid of rear leaf springs and can go more lower? Shorter leaf springs? Coil Overs are not cheap and I seriously doubt that any vendor will sell me just the rears. Are there any shorter leaf springs that exist? I know I am not the only one running these sizes. Guys who have done something about this, any insight would be greatly appreciated.
BTW My car has FE3 Suspension from factory which I believe is same as Z51 suspension. Does anyone know that if Z06 FE4 Rear leaf springs are shorter in width then FE3 or Z51 rear leaf springs?
Al, I talked to someone who already has a 1/4" spacer for his CCWs same size but the spring still rubs. This guy I talked to was thinking about grinding his leaf spring on both sides

1/4" would of been plenty for mine. AlexWS6 ran a spacer & was real low.
Maybe the other guy had a 12" rim?? Best bet... call John. He'll know what will work.
