A catch can is what you're looking for. It basically sits between the PCV and your intake and turns a good deal of the oily gases that would ordinarily be ingested by your motor into oil that you can drain later.
There are a few manufacturers you can choose from, but AMW (Accurate Machine Works) is a forum favorite. Inexpensive, but very nice catch cans.
