The Draw-Tite is rated @ 220 tongue 2000 load as I recall. Try to keep the tongue wt low.

This would be a good trailer for you... it tilts so you can drive the bike right on up it and then strap it down. I am going to pick one up myself.

Not to steal your thread but I too have a small trailer to tow and don't know where to get a hitch. Any ideas?
Thanks!

To keep this C5 related, can someone recommend a plain trailer to tow my C5. Something that's not a POS, but nothing enclosed, etc..

Here's the bike trailer I use (ms-1). It would be much more stable, but also more $$.

I've bought a few hitches from hitch-web.com for other vehicles. They have decent prices, and I've had no problems w/ them.
Good luck w/ your purchase!

Same 12" tires I think. I don't see the tire size listed on the MS trailer

My mistake, John. I just looked, and it does also have 12" wheels. :o
Jdgun...given that, I believe that either small trailer might work equally well to tow a motorcycle behind a c5. It comes down to features, weight and which suits your needs best.

I think the one for $400 and change will work nicely for what you need to do. Just keep an eye on the tires and be sure to grease the bearings on a regular basis... even more if you go on long trips as those small wheels 20" Outside Diameter spin a little faster then your tow vehicle's do.
