Check the operation of the following other interior lights. Glove Box, Under hood lamp, Vanity mirrors, and see if you have any codes set.
They are ALL powered by Instrument Panel Electrical center, FUSE# 2 (10 amp). If the fuse is good, relay MONITORED LD (micro relay#37 could be bad. If all of these are good, I will hunt down the ground for you.
